If you weren’t able to make the Goodwood Revival over the weekend, perhaps you were fortunate enough to be at the Nürburgring for the 1000 Kilometer Race. Judging by these brilliant photographs by Jochen Van Cauwenberge – better known as Frozenspeed – it’s one we should all make a point of visiting sooner rather than later.
The race was won by the #42 Porsche 911 RSR. Meanwhile, the great Olaf Manthey – founder of Manthey Racing – was competing in the #43 BMW M635CSi. The event is for ‘youngtimer’ vehicles, essentially sports and touring cars from the second half of the previous century.
See you there next year?
